Thank you for your request for the Impressions catering menu and services of Chartwells at Fanshawe College.

From elegant dinner parties to conferences, luncheons, coffee breaks, business meetings, staff parties and cocktail receptions, Chartwells answers your needs.

Chartwells will tailor a menu to suit your budget and to meet your special requirements such as: personalized menus, menu consultation services, and specialty food preparation.

We are pleased to suggest alternative menus for your event and will be happy to address any specific requests.  Please advise us of any allergies or specific needs.

GUIDELINES

All prices quoted are subject to provincial and federal taxes.

Guaranteed number of guests must be confirmed by 9:00 a.m. two (2) working days  prior to the function.

A cancellation notice is required two (2) working days prior to all catered functions.  Cancellations after this will incur a charge equal to 25% of the guaranteed booking.

The minimum order for catering services is $25.00 (untaxed).

Server(s) requested for any services will be billed at $25.00 per hour required.  (Minimum 4 hours)

A charge may apply for all dishes/equipment not returned, or damaged.

A charge of $8.99 per tablecloth will be applied.

Order cancellation on the same day of function will be billed at full cost

Caterings booked on the weekends may be subject to labour surcharges depending on length and size of the catering.
